Hi, I’m Karma. After falling in love with this sacred land nearly a decade ago, I’m honored to now host others in my private sanctuary. As a certified personal trainer, holistic nutrition coach, and breathwork facilitator with over 20 years of experience, this retreat is born from my deep love for movement, healing, nature, and soulful connection.
My mission is to support couples in creating intentional space to heal, grow, and truly enjoy one another. I believe that wellness is not about perfection—it’s about presence. My role is to guide you, support you, and celebrate you as you deepen into your love story. Whether through a fire ceremony, a gentle yoga flow, or laughter over shared meals, I’ll hold space for your joy, your growth, and your connection.
My son Peyton also plays a key role in the retreat experience. As a certified breathwork facilitator and 200-hour yoga teacher, he brings a grounded, joyful presence to the yoga and movement sessions that guests cherish.

How to Get There
Arriving at your luxury couples retreat in Costa Rica is effortless. Guests fly into Liberia International Airport (LIR) and will be picked up by our private transfer. Alternatively, you may take an 18-minute local flight directly to Nosara. We’ll discuss the best option for you during your pre-retreat planning call.
Local & Seasonal Tips
Nosara offers a casual, laid-back vibe. Dry season: Dec–Apr, mild rainy: May–Jul, regular rainy: Aug–Nov. Dress light, breathable, and comfortable. Sneakers for hiking, flip-flops for casual wear. Guests are encouraged to support eco-friendly tourism and connect mindfully with the environment.
